Project Overview
Luxury Open Concept was created to redefine how the kitchen connects with the rest of the home. The vision was to design a seamless, high-end space that blends sophistication with openness—allowing for effortless entertaining while maintaining warmth and comfort. The result is a kitchen that feels expansive, refined, and thoughtfully integrated into everyday living.
The Challenge
The original layout separated the kitchen from the main living areas, limiting both light and interaction. Heavy materials and segmented zones made the space feel smaller than it was. The homeowners wanted a more fluid environment that encouraged gathering, improved visibility, and elevated the overall aesthetic to match the rest of their modern home.
Our Approach
Velina opened the space by reworking the layout to create a natural flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Marble waterfall countertops were introduced to add a bold yet elegant focal point, complemented by premium appliances and elevated finishes throughout. A spacious island became the centerpiece—designed for hosting, preparation, and everyday connection.
