Project Overview
Cozy Coastal Retreat was designed to bring light, warmth, and a relaxed seaside charm into the heart of the home. The goal was to create a kitchen that felt airy and inviting while maintaining everyday practicality. Inspired by coastal textures and soft color palettes, this remodel balances comfort with refined simplicity.
The Challenge
The original kitchen felt dark and dated, with heavy finishes that absorbed natural light. The layout lacked cohesion, and the space didn’t reflect the homeowners’ desire for a breezy, welcoming atmosphere. They wanted a brighter environment that felt open, calm, and effortlessly livable without losing functionality.
Our Approach
Velina introduced light blue cabinetry paired with crisp white quartz countertops to immediately brighten the room. Subtle nautical accents and natural textures were layered throughout to create depth without overwhelming the design. Every finish was selected to enhance natural light and reinforce the soft coastal aesthetic while improving storage and workflow.
